Shario Baghaei - Principal Partner-MIPA

As Commercial Manager of an international merchant shipping company in earlier years, Shario gained much experience in budgeting and actual voyage results and chartering of various ships through Lloyds of London and beyond.

Shario later pursued his interest in "Accounting" industry through a Melbourne based multi-national  merchant shipping company.

In 2007 Shario set up his private business alongside his other roles as Accountant and Finance Manager in various industries. Since January 2014 he is in full time practice. Shario is a registered Australian TAX Agent and accredited partner with XERO.

Shario has almost 20 years extensive experience in the Not for Profit sector as Accountant and Finance Manager. Shario has continued his passion and interest in this sector by representing number of esteemed Not for Profit clients in various capacities.

Ardalan Baghaei - CPA

Ardalan is a qualified CPA and registered tax agent.  Having worked directly with the ATO between August 2019 and January 2021, as well as various professional services firms spanning some 15 years prior to that, Ardalan brings a depth of knowledge of the ATO regulatory framework and its application to a variety of entities including SMSF (Self Managed Super Funds). 

He also has an enthusiasm for budgeting and forecasting , and a passion to see clients prosper into the future. 

Ardalan has two children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and socialising with friends. He likes to play tennis and also follows international soccer as well as a variety of other sports. 

Mourin Ezadyar - Systems Consultant

Mourin started her career in IT as a developer. After gaining much valuable experience with various development tools and platforms  she moved from a web developer role into business analysis position and started to build up project analysis and leadership skills. 

Mourin is quite experienced in a variety of business analysis methodologies to support business requirements. 

Mourin's vast technical experience and her strong analytical skills enables her to find the best solutions for different business problems. 

Mourin brings with her years of business systems experience in an extensive range of industries such as Insurance and Superannuation, Retail Management, Automotive Dealership, Public Transport Sector, Digital Media and Directory Listings.
